Tripartite Evolutionary Game Model for Public Health Emergencies

چکیده

Public health emergencies are more related to the safety and of public. For management public emergencies, all parties’ cooperation is key preventing controlling emergencies. Based on assumption bounded rationality, we formulate a tripartite evolutionary game model, involving local government, enterprises, public, for emergency, e.g., COVID-19. The stable strategies under different conditions explored, effect from factors decision-makings participants also analyzed. Numerical analysis results show that formulating reasonable subsidy measures, encouraging participation enforcing punishment enterprises their negative behaviors can prompt three parties cooperate in fighting against epidemic. Our work enriches an understanding governance emergency provides theoretical support government make proper decisions
